My review- 4 out of 5 stars

I think we all have had that one BFF who suddenly stopped hanging out with us. This book discusses the emotions a girl feels when her best friend forever simply starts hanging out with an another friend. It also provides a solution and a new approach towards friendship.

Sophia is sad because Camila, her BFF, is being distant with her. She's got a new friend and is hanging out with her often. Sophia finds herself alone, rejected and jealous. She does want to lose her BFF. She tries joining Camila and her new friend but they don't seem interested in her. This continues until Sophia can't take it anymore. She talks to her mom who advices her to communicate and express how she feels. But Camila is unaffected by knowing how Sophia is feeling. That makes her frustrated. Her mom further advices her to befriend other girls in her school. Mom explains her that friendship can't be forced, if Camila wants to have two BFF's she can. That Sophia should accept that while growing up we make many friends and not all stay. Amazing story with lovely illustrations and a wonderful message! Thank you Netgalley so much for the copy!

Book Review: Pearls For Pearl

 

Aww... this book is so cute and is definitely the perfect gift for every little girl. The illustrations are equally pretty as the story.

 

And what's the cherry on the top, it has a positive message. Beautifully narrated, a tale of a little mermaid who is adopted by a little girl. How the mermaid finds a friend and tries to reach what she desires.

A must read bedtime tale.

About The Book

Jarrod can view the memories of any bug. He just has to eat it. It’s not the tastiest of superpowers and, let’s face it, fly memories aren’t all unicorns and rainbows. Eating insects also doesn’t net him many friends, but Jarrod’s ready to prove that he and his bugs are worth more than ridicule.

While doing so she learns how difficult it is to bring to life what you have on mind, especially when people don't cheer or support you and you do everything by yourself.
Also, one should never give up untill success finds them.
The story also tells that one should have patience and keep trying.
A really good book for kids.

My Review- The book is about two sisters, Camari and Mila, who are princesses. The story is a great read! Interesting and I enjoyed reading it. I found the characters very engaging and relatable.

It's winter and the soup's inviting everyone for dinner. Grandma has made enough for everyone. A poem that highlights the importance of family, love, sharing and care. Also equality and love for all.

The illustrations are simple yet stand out, just complimenting the poem.

June is a little cheerful girl. She and her dog Sammy have lots of fun. The way she connects with Sammy is really cute. She feels that only she can understand his talks and no one else can. She completely understands by his actions, what he's trying to say. That only shows how close they both are. Since her sister, Isabella, is no more interested to play with her, she and Sammy look for a new friend.

The new friend should however, have the qualities similar to June & Sammy.

One day, she gets a present and that's how the story of the wonder wheel begins.

A really lovely tale about June, her pet dog Sammy, their new friend and the Wonder Wheel. June narrates the story like how a little girl would do noticing, guessing, questioning and trying out new things. The illustrations add to the story and are also cute.

A story any kid would love to read again and again!
